The rest of you? I will see you at the kid’s table with the Oreos and Party Rings. Cutting down on sugar across your diet will adjust your palate so you crave milk less and enjoy dark more. However, when it comes to committing to your new plant-based choices I am a firm believer in tweaking your tastebuds (at least in the case of cheese and chocolate).
